The FDA has approved SIMTRIYO®, or centanafadine, for treating ADHD in adults and children six years and older. This is a significant development, as centanafadine is the first norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin reuptake inhibitor, or NDSRI, approved for ADHD.
